As President of the Government Accountability Office, U.S Comptroller General David Walker, addresses the imperative need for reform at the DOD
President of Government Accountability Office David Walker says that
the Department of Defense has 14 high risk areas out of 25 in this year’s
high risk list written by the Government Accountability Office. He argues
that a high level of executives are needed in the process of DOD business
transformation and failure to address these high risk areas will result in billions dollars of waste and unaccountability to U.S. citizens and Congress. (:55)
